Yoga for Strength

Description:

This class is structured around a traditional Vinyasa yoga flow with the addition of hand weights and more intense options for many of the poses. The class will appeal to those who want to take their practice to the next level by focusing on building strength in the mind and body. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a long time, you will discover a whole new level of yoga practice.
