Description:

A 55-minute full body workout that will lift your heart rate (and your mood) with exercises set to fun music in a supportive and high-energy environment. The class will blend cardio, strength training, balance work and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs and arms. No heat will be added. (Express = 45 minutes)
