Hot Sculpt Flow

Description:

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Room will be heated to 95 degrees and taught under our near infrared red lights. Not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your physician.
