Aqua Stretch, Flex, & Balance

Description:

This class varies with each session—it’s always something new! We will have periods of stretching throughout the hour as we work on core/hip/pelvis strength and flexibility by increasing range of motion, mobility, and balance. Cardio circuits are built in to keep us moving, to add variety, and to address other areas of the body.
