Chair Yoga

Description:

This is a gentle class with the option of using a chair, incorporating range of motion exercises, alignment, stretching, strengthening, awareness, breathing and relaxation to refresh, energize, improve posture, deepen breathing and improve sense of well-being. This is a safe and slower-moving class designed for seniors and people of all ages with physical challenges or those who might be recovering from an injury.
